Heart Opening Meditation & Breathwork Journey
The intention is to ground into the Heart, to become one with Love.
We use Meditation, Breathwork, Focus, and Attention to rest your awareness on your Heart, bring breath and Life to the Heart, and bring light to shadows that armour the Heart and distort our perception of Reality.
The intention is to liberate ourselves from past experiences that have clouded and armoured the Heart.
The practice of the Breath can be continued at home, and when practiced consistently for long periods, can bring expansive spiritual experiences of Heart Opening. And so the price includes a recorded Guided version of the Practice, for you to use at home!
