My journey began when my visceral process of Awakening exploded through my entire Life, changing my entire Being, and entire Experience.
I spent 5 years grounding & integrating the experiences that exploded my consciousness; seeking knowledge, wisdom, teachers, and healers; training, reading, and learning; seeking, expanding, and sharing.
The project "Understanding Your Awakening" was in my Heart the whole time, waiting to be brought to fruition, to provide a framework for those experiencing the same.
As the world awakens, it is imperative that we have an understanding of what is happening, how to navigate it, how to heal, how to expand and grow Spiritually, why we need to, & what happens when we do.
It is imperative that we explore the wisdom teachings of the Elders of the Earth, build a relationship with our own Spirituality, and understand how to return to our Hearts and embody the Truth, which is Love.
I am absolutely determined to share grounded wisdom, ancient texts, to share the voices of teachers and healers, and to guide all who tune in away from the New Age movement and into their Hearts and their own inner gnosis.
